Louie (Ret.) holds an MBA from AIM, Class ’83, and BS from the University of Hard-knocks. Showing business acumen at the age of 12, he would cook banana-cue and many other food items in Muntinlupa drawing long queue of customers daily. By then, he successfully managed, expanded, and diversified RUBLOU for decades while fulfilling his job as PC Officer (later as PNP Officer), with the support of wife Ruby Ticman.*
